Custom Configuration and Campaign Design
Your Campaign is made up of many layers; here is where we configure the three AI agents that will run over the course of your campaign. One does the interview, one focuses on scoring and instant review, and one runs analysis over multiple interviews. These three agents together operate in the framework of your campaign to generate the best results possible.
Custom Landing Page
We will work with you to customize the landing page to match your design or to tailor our presence as a 3rd party, whichever works for your campaign.
AI Interviewer Persona
The interviewer persona design will work to tailor the interviewer to your brand. The persona is the interviewer and the face of the process to the interviewee.
Interview Guide Creation
The interview guide is the document that drives the interview best practices that the interview persona follows. This is typically a longer document that is built to describe the best practices you want followed in your interview. This can be an existing document, or we can draft one for you based on your requirements.
Review Agent
This is the AI agent that runs immediately on the conclusion of the interview to score the interview, set flags, and summarize the findings. This can be tailored to set a flag for immediate notification if the agent believes specific criteria are met. For example, in a survey of customers, it could flag indications of account loss or if the sentiment score is below a certain level. This is your early warning system.
Analysis Agent
This Analysis agent runs across all the completed interviews for a time period and delivers the deeper analysis. We will work with you to understand what you want to get out of your campaign and to build an analysis process to deliver the critical insights you need.
Easy Campaign Engagement with Just a Link
Inviting someone to take a survey is as easy as sending a link. Depending on how you configure that link, you can unlock additional capabilities in MeetBri. The MeetBri interview system can operate in multiple modes: open access, invited, and protected, invited with context.
Open Invitations
Open invitations are links that are open to anyone that follows the link. These are great for your website, mass email, or QR code where you are not certain who will be accessing the interview agent. We do have a LinkID parameter you send the link to connect a survey to a data structure in your system.
Protected Invitations
Protected invites can take a couple of different forms. These can be with a single code to secure the interview or with individual ID and codes.
Campaign Code
In this model, you set up one code that works for the whole campaign. Anyone with the link and this code can access the interview. This gives a simple level of access control but is still open and general.
Individual Access
In this model, you provide an ID and pass, and both are required to access the survey. This can be done via form on your end or ours. The transcript is tagged with this individual ID, allowing you to link this interview result back to a specific data set.
Invited with Context
An advanced extension of the Individual access. In this mode, you can provide context with the userID and passcode that the interviewer can use in the interview process. You can say if they are a customer, for how long, what they purchased, or other information the Interview persona may find useful.
Interview with AI Persona
This is where all the prior works pay off. The AI Persona conducts interviews with the users you send based on the design from the previous stages. The interview can be long or short; you can configure a max length to collect the information you need. As soon as the interview is done, the Instant Review happens.
Voice option
Your users will have the option of speaking their answers to the interview questions. This text is saved in the transcript and flagged as voice content. We do not collect the voice data; only the text. This tool is desktop and mobile friendly. Voice mode encourages longer and more thoughtful answers and speeds up the interview time.
Instant Review
The instant review is where we give you the first look at the interview results and highlight any urgent findings from the interview. The Instant Review process is run by the Review Agent. In this process, a summary of the interview is generated, the custom sentiment index is generated, and any urgency flags are set.
Custom Sentiment Index
The custom Sentiment Index is generated according to the criteria we defined in the set-up process. We can track generic sentiment or targeted sentiment to a specific topic of the interview. Each interview will be processed along the same basis, creating a comparable metric across the Campaign or across multiple campaigns.
Urgency Flags
One of the core features of the Review Agent is the setting of urgency flags. Urgency flags are when the Review Agent finds something in the interview that, according to your criteria, requires rapid feedback. This could be buying or loss indicators, candidates expressing specific criteria, or other definable characteristics. These can be topics of questions specifically requesting the Interview Persona or ones that come up in the review. The urgency will generate an alert email, and the transcript will be available in the dashboard.
Campaign Analysis
This process is built around all the work that went into the campaign design, persona, interview guide, and, of course, the interviews. MeetBri will deliver theme clusters, answer analytics, opportunity analysis, and an optional hands-on review session. The custom deliverable will be tailored to the goals determined in the initial configuration along with a broad analysis to find the hidden gems. You will get quotes that represent the voice-of-customer and a full summation of the process and the full transcripts of the interviews.
