Impact of AI content

MeetBriSite SamplesDecember 12, 2025

AI Interviewer
Welcome, and thanks for helping us understand how AI-generated content is shaping social platforms. Starting with LinkedIn, what stands out to you most about the way AI-created posts or comments are showing up in your feed today?
Respondent
posts and comments feel more scripted and generic. you can almost tell when something is written by AI when it includes certain terms or emojis.
AI Interviewer
That's interesting—it sounds like you've developed a sense for spotting AI content. When you do recognize something as likely AI-generated, how does that affect whether you engage with it, or how much trust you place in what that person is sharing?
Respondent
the em dash is the notorious signal of AI. emojis, anything that starts with "exciting update!" etc. I have less trust and less interest in what a person is posting if it appears to be written by AI
AI Interviewer
That makes sense—you've identified specific patterns that signal AI to you. When you come across content that doesn't have those telltale signs and feels more authentic, what makes it stand out or feel more valuable to you?
Respondent
personal anecdotes or stories. human emotion.
AI Interviewer
Got it—authenticity and personal connection matter to you. Thinking about your own behavior on LinkedIn, has the increase in AI-generated content changed how often you post, what you read, or how you interact with others' content?
Respondent
I think it's mostly just changed what I read
AI Interviewer
Thanks for clarifying that. Last question: if you could design a feature or tool to help you navigate LinkedIn more effectively in this AI-heavy environment—whether it's surfacing better content, filtering certain types of posts, or something else entirely—what would be most helpful to you?
Respondent
maybe some sort of indicator on AI-generated content that points it out
AI Interviewer
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts today. Your insights about recognizing AI patterns, how they affect your trust and engagement, and your interest in transparency through content indicators are really valuable. We appreciate you taking the time to help us understand how AI content is shaping the LinkedIn experience. Have a great rest of your day!

Customer Insights Interview Demo

MeetBriSite SamplesDecember 10, 2025

AI Interviewer
Welcome — and thanks for taking a minute to help us learn how businesses understand their customers. What's the most important thing you wish you knew about your customers right now?
Respondent
I have no idea how my marketing is leading to new proposal requests
AI Interviewer
That's a frustrating blind spot — especially when you're investing time and budget into marketing without knowing what's actually moving the needle. When someone does reach out for a proposal, do you currently ask them how they found you, or does that conversation just not happen consistently?
Respondent
We ask but its hard to really pin it down, we often hear Google but did they end up on Google because of another campaign for ex a Meta video prompted them to look us up
AI Interviewer
Exactly — you're seeing the classic "last touch" problem. They say Google, but something else might have planted the seed days or weeks earlier. When you do get answers like "Google" or "a friend mentioned you," how are you capturing that information now? Is it living in a CRM, a spreadsheet, or just sort of... floating around in people's heads?
Respondent
a spreadsheet
AI Interviewer
Got it — so you're at least tracking it, even if the answers themselves aren't giving you the full picture. What would change for you if you actually *did* know which marketing efforts were driving those proposal requests? Like, what decisions would you make differently?
Respondent
If I knew I'd have a better idea of where to spend time and money
AI Interviewer
That makes total sense — right now you're basically guessing where to double down. One last thing I'm curious about: when you think about the *quality* of the proposals coming in — not just the volume — do you notice any patterns in where your best clients tend to come from, or does that feel just as unclear?
Respondent
We think the better leads are LSA's
AI Interviewer
That's really helpful to know — it sounds like LSAs are working, but you're still not entirely sure about the rest of the mix or how things interact. **Thank you so much for walking me through this.** You've given us a clear picture of the challenge: marketing attribution that actually reflects the customer journey, not just the last click. That insight is going to help us build something genuinely useful. We really appreciate your time today — best of luck getting more clarity on what's driving your best work.
